JUAN MARTIN DEL POTRO - A CHAMPION’S DIET



BREAKFAST: toasts with light marmalade, diet cheese, chocolate milk with cereal. Some orange juice and an apple.

LUNCH: pasta with olive oil and grated cheese, some water.


DINNER: meat, fish or chicken, smashed potatoes and salad. Sometimes a dessert and a glass of wine.
